I had an on-going issue with a few drains in my home that no one seemed to understand or want to take the time to understand. I was recommended to call Richie by a couple friend's and colleagues. I'm beyond grateful and happy with my decision. Richie is extremely neat, explains thing's in a way you can understand, and fought hard with our stubburn drain until it was clear. Called Drain King this morning and he was there a bit after noon time. He had to snake the blocked line from the house to the sewer and drain the pipes first. He had the right equipment and patience to do the job right. Pulled out the roots that made there way in. Will need to address that issue in the spring. Great work! Fair price for same day service.

Richie came over to fix a toilet issue. Not only did he fix the problem, but checked out the others to make sure they were okay as well. He was very friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable about what he was doing. We would definitely call him again for other plumbing needs!

Called Richie on a Sunday afternoon and he answered right away. Within hours he came to our home and cleared our kitchen drain. It turned out to be no easy task but Richie had all the right equipment to get the job done! He tested everything when he was done and cleaned up the area, it looked like nothing ever happened! Richie came out right away on a Thursday evening, which I wasn't expecting but appreciated because I didn't have to take time off work. He did a great job and was very clean and professional. His pricing is reasonable too.

When one plumber told us they couldn't fix our faucet and that we needed to buy a new one, Richie came in and had the faucet fixed in minutes and even took the time to explain what was wrong, how he fixed it and what I could do if I ever had trouble again... honest and trustworthy!
